Signals now cover the whole customer lifecycle
Signals replace sales-only leads with nine types, from support issues and churn risk to product feedback.
Updated
Your agents talk to customers about far more than buying. Signals used to cover sales leads only. Now every conversation is read for anything your team should act on.
What's new#
- Nine Signal types: Sales, Onboarding, Support, Churn risk, Renewal, Expansion, Advocacy, Product feedback and Compliance risk.
- Several Signals per conversation. A support issue that's also a churn risk shows up as both, each routed to its own owner.
- A suggested owner for each Signal: Sales, Support, Success, Product, Marketing or Ops.
- Priority of Hot, Warm or Cold, plus a plain-language summary and a next best action.
- Filter and badge by type, owner and priority in the Signals list.
- Overview. See Signals by type and by owner, and select a slice to filter the list.
A conversation that's only looking for information doesn't create a Signal, so the queue stays worth reading. Signals suggest; your team decides what to do.
