A clearer dashboard for content, agents and deployments

Content opens on your collections, and the agent and deployment editors are grouped and named for what they do.

Updated

We reorganized the pages you use most when you set help.ai up, so each one starts with what you need and names things the way you'd say them.

What's new#

  • Content opens on Collections. Every item lives in a collection, so Content now starts with your collections: what each one is (articles, news, discussions, questions or ideas), where it shows, and how many items it holds. Select a collection's name to work on its items. Items still lists everything, and Moderation is unchanged.
  • The AI agent editor in sections. Basics, Instructions, Model, Knowledge, Tools and connections and Availability, with plain names such as Creativity and Thinking. Try it in chat opens a conversation while you edit.
  • Deployments. Pick the channel from cards when you create one. Each deployment shows its name, channel, status and agent above three tabs, Settings, Chat widget and Install, with Preview at the top, and saving keeps you where you are.
  • Plain widget settings. Placement is a set of cards (chat bubble, inline, full screen, pop-up window, side panel), and every option is named for what visitors see.
  • The secret key stays hidden on the Install tab until you choose to show it.
  • Ask help.ai. This changelog, the Help Center, the community and the ideas board now have a chat in the corner. Ask how to do something and it answers from these pages, with a link to the article.
